Counselling with Compassion

Sharing your feelings with a compassionate therapist can help you take your first steps toward healing. You may be agonising over a difficult decision, finding life too hard to deal with, or looking for fulfillment. Troubles like anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and change can bring emotional pain and leave us feeling hopeless, with nowhere to turn.

Therapy can be a way forward. I provide a warm and non-judgemental environment for people in times of crisis. Together we’ll work through your deepest fears and biggest frustrations, helping you to find clarity.

I want to help you better understand yourself and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. You’re the expert on you and I’ll help you tune in to your feelings and intuition so that you can start living the life you want.

I am passionate about helping people through difficult times and figuring out ways for them to find their true purpose. Going to therapy can seem daunting, but I know from having had counselling myself that it can be one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever undertake.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I see clients in person in Peckham, SE15, and online or by telephone.
